La Aldosa de la Massana is a population center of the Principality of Andorra located in the parish of La Massana
As a result of the approval of the Andorra Gazetteer in 2010, the population was added "de la Massana" to differentiate it from Aldosa de Canillo.
There is the church of San Ermengol de la Aldosa.
