10 establishments in the city of Mataró offer in different formats the Mataró dish, declared as such 23 years ago. The duration of the Conference is 7 weeks. Focused on spring season product, in the Maresme Pea, both in its variety of flower and garrofal.
Married to the sepia of the coast and with the potato to remember the old variety of the "Mataró potatoe".
