Femtourism raffles and contest rules

First. Organizing company

The organizing entity of the draw or contest is Ergates Tecnologia, SL, with fiscal address at Calle Josep Badia i Sobrevias 21, 4º 1ª Berga (08600) through the website www.femturisme.cat and the Instagram channel @femturisme.

Second. Purpose of the raffles and contests

The purpose of sweepstakes and contests is to promote femturismo and the company providing the prize(s), increase interaction with followers, and attract new ones.

Third. Schedule for participation in raffles and contests

The entry period for sweepstakes and contests is indicated in the Instagram post or on the page for each sweepstakes or contest on the Femturismo website.

Fourth. Participation requirements and participation mechanics

To participate in sweepstakes and contests, users must follow the instructions specified in the Instagram post or on the specific page for each sweepstakes or contest on the femturismo website.

Photographs participating in the contest may be shared by femturisme.cat on social media, always mentioning the author.

Participation in Instagram sweepstakes and contests also implies acceptance of Instagram's terms and conditions, which can be found at https://instagram.com/legal/terms.

Fourth. Prize and operation of raffles and contests

First. Prize/s

The prize(s) for each giveaway or contest are specified in the text of the Instagram post or on the giveaway page of the femturismo website.

Second. Raffles

A random drawing will be held among all participants who have entered correctly, using a computerized system. A winning user will be automatically selected for each prize.

Third. Contests

A jury made up of members of the femturisme.cat team will select the winning photographs from the contests, ensuring they follow the guidelines established in each case.

Fourth. Communication of the winner(s)

Following the conclusion of each sweepstakes or contest, femturismo will contact each winning user via a direct message on Instagram or via the contact information provided in the case of sweepstakes on the femturismo website.

Fifth. Acceptance procedure

The winner of each prize must contact the raffle or contest organizer within 48 hours of receiving the notification and confirm their willingness to accept the prize, providing their full name, telephone number, and email address to which the prize or instructions for receiving it will be sent.

If the prize winner does not respond within the deadline indicated to accept the prize, if they do not comply with any of the rules of the raffle or contest, or if they do not wish or cannot accept the prize, they will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected using the same system indicated above.

Sixth. Presentation of the prize(s)

Once the winner has accepted the prize, they will be informed of the steps to follow to receive it. The winners' names will be published on the femturisme.cat social media profiles on Facebook and/or Instagram (@femturisme).

Seventh. Disqualifications and Penalties

Femturisme reserves the right to exclude any user who does not comply with the conditions of participation or who misuses or abuses the sweepstakes or contests. Femturisme reserves the right to invalidate, expel, delete, or disregard profiles it deems suspicious of any attempt at fraudulent participation, including, but not limited to, attempts to register more than one user profile by a single person, the creation of fake profiles, or identity theft.

Likewise, regarding Instagram sweepstakes and contests, femturismo reserves the right to report any concerns to the company responsible for the Instagram platform so they can take appropriate action. Femturismo also reserves the right to take any legal action that may be appropriate.

Eighth. Protection of personal data

Participants guarantee and are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of their personal information and authorize the processing of personal data collected during the sweepstakes and contests by femturismo.

In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, we share the data with individuals with the guarantee of the winner's digital rights and publish their name on social media.

Ninth. Social network disclaimer

The Instagram social network is exempt from all liability related to the promotion and user participation in sweepstakes and contests. The network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer these sweepstakes and contests in any way, nor is it associated with them.

Tenth. Limitation of liability

Femturismo is not responsible for interruptions or errors in the Internet, social media, cable networks, and electronic communications networks, nor for software or hardware failures or possible errors in the input and/or processing of responses, submissions, and/or personal data.

Femturismo is not liable for any damages of any kind that, despite the security measures adopted, may be due to the improper use of the services and content by users and, in particular, but not exclusively, for any damages that may be due to the impersonation of a third party by a user.

Eleventh. Other rules

Participation in sweepstakes and contests implies acceptance of the rules and Femturismo's interpretative criteria for resolving any issues arising from the sweepstakes or contest. Failure to accept these rules will result in the participant being excluded, and Femturismo will be released from any obligations it may have with the participant.

Femturisme reserves the right to make changes to the mechanics or operation of each sweepstakes or contest at any time and/or terminate it early if necessary for just cause, without incurring any liability. However, these changes will be duly communicated through the sweepstakes or contest website and, where appropriate, by other means. Every effort will be made to ensure that any changes do not adversely affect some participants compared to others.

Twelfth. Interpretation of the bases and conflict resolution

The interpretation of these terms and conditions is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of the registered office of femturismo.
