Enjoy the Ancient Music Festival of the Pyrenees
Every summer, the Pyrenees Early Music Festival (FeMAP) brings music to the Pyrenees. The participating municipalities host some fifty concerts by renowned groups and soloists in the field of ancient music.
Throughout the years of its history, the festival has established itself as one of the most prestigious and far-reaching cultural proposals in the Pyrenees, which stands out for its cross-border nature.
FeMAP seeks to combine quality early music and the natural and cultural heritage of the Pyrenees. It programs concerts in unique spaces, such as Romanesque churches or high mountain lakes, has accommodation offers and offers the public the possibility of guided tours and activities to discover the territory included in the concert ticket.
Finally, the festival also has a socio-educational intervention program, the social FeMAP, which wants to bring music closer to people with greater difficulties in accessing culture. Its commitment to the Pyrenees and to the people who live there make FeMAP a unique event.
