The Exile Memorial Museum presents the sixth edition of the Exile Routes. A series of outings to different places linked to the exile of 1939, designed for individual users or small groups: friends, family, couples...

Saturday, September 7.

Memorial of the Argelès Camp and Elna Maternity Hospital.

We will visit Argelès beach, a place that once welcomed thousands of refugees and we will talk about the conditions of the camp and the consequences of internment. We will also visit the Camp d'Argelers Memorial Center and then, among all this darkness, we will discover the light of hope in the Elna Maternity Hospital, an oasis of peace and solidarity in the midst of the desperation of exile.

Meeting place: Hotel Lido de Argelès.

Information to take into account:

• The planned schedule of activities is half a day (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
• Prior registration is required and the activity is subject to a minimum number of registrants.
• Travel is made using the participant's own transportation and lunch is not included.

PRICES: Adults: €12 / Young people from 12 to 17 years old: €8 / Free up to 11 years old.
