Racó de Cal Maró

El Racó de Cal Maró is an old barn from 1840, restored as an Independent Town House (CPI). It is located within the town of Castellbó, in Alt Urgell, located 800 m. altitude.

The house has a kitchen-dining room at the entrance level with a fireplace, a stereo, television and video. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker and other utensils such as washing machine, iron, etc.

In the Racó de Cal Maró there are 5 double rooms: three with single beds and two with double beds. With full bathroom in each room. We have two cribs, two folding beds and a portable railing.

At the entrance there is a terrace with a barbecue and a fountain with table and chairs.

Next to the house there is a porch to leave the cars. Above, a games room with a small sample of the tools that were used in agriculture. We have a tennis court and private pool in the same town.

Animals are not permitted.

Molí de Pau

Old restored mill with independent rural accommodation (ARI) in the town of Castellbó , located 800 m. altitude and with all services.

Two double rooms with bathroom, central heating, garden with barbecue and terrace, swimming pool, tennis court, bicycles and horses 15 minutes from the house.

Animals are not permitted.

Activities in the area at a maximum distance of 25 km: Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, bbt, walking tours, nature itineraries, 4x4 excursions, hiking, hunting, fishing, mushrooms, canoeing, rafting, hydro-speed, etc.

The places of interest are: La Seu d'Urgell, 12 km away; Andorra 20 km; San Juan del Páramo 20 km; 18-hole golf course 6 km away; visits to the entire Alt Urgell.
