The Pfeiffers at CaixaForum, La Caixa Foundation
A group of outlaw musicians, led by their conductor and known as The Pfeiffers, live in a dystopian future where music has been banned. In this era dominated by machines and digital control, human emotions are under threat, and music, as we know it, is on the verge of extinction. It is the dictatorship of the digital age. Taking refuge in a ruined theater, they lead a grotesque and chaotic daily life, punctuated by humor. Will they manage to restore hope and revive music amidst so much disorder?
A concert of virtuosos, with outstanding pieces such as Paganini's Caprice No. 24, Bach's Aria No. 3, Sarasate's Zapateado or Vivaldi's Summer, among others.
Recommended activity for families with children aged 6 and over.
