The Costa Brava awaits you

The Costa Brava awaits you

The Costa Brava is one of Spain's most prized coastal treasures. Located in the northeast of the country, this paradise of blue waters has an endless number of coves and excellent quality beaches, as well as quiet villages or even mountain landscapes that are reflected in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. A good place, without a doubt, to spend a vacation. If you also want to do it quietly and without missing any corner of its beaches, the most interesting way to do it is on a boat. Rent a boat on the Costa Brava and visit some of the most beautiful places in this area. We give you some ideas that should not be missing on your route along the Costa Brava.

Boat route through the baix empordà

A calm and beautiful route in equal parts is the one that can be done from Palamós. This beautiful urban center not only offers us its quiet streets, it also gives us the chance to start navigating through the Baix Empordà region.

From this place on the Girona coast, you can visit some very quiet coves and capes. Among the most outstanding we can name the cove of La Fosca, cove Estreta or Cap Roig, which is very famous in the area for its gardens.

Rent a boat to sail around Cadaqués

In the Alt Empordà we find Cadaqués. This beautiful municipality is well known for its narrow streets by the sea and its low houses full of flowers. An urban nucleus that is surrounded by the rocks of an abrupt landscape that contrasts enormously with the white houses.

If you want to get away from the beaches a bit, you could visit this town on a boat excursion, while admiring the landscape of the area.

Route through Calella de Palafrugell

In Calella de Palafrugell we find, on the one hand, one of those fishing towns that have a special charm, with whitewashed houses that contrast enormously with the blue of the sea, and, on the other, hidden corners such as El Golfet.

Sail by boat until you reach one of the most secret and charming corners of the Costa Brava.

It's a 15-minute walk from the town, so it's not too far from civilization, but secluded enough for privacy. In addition, it cannot be reached by car, so access on foot or by boat also ensures a relaxed atmosphere. A jewel that many people do not know and that is a true coastal paradise.

Boat route in Cap de Creus

Another interesting route to do on the Costa Brava could be to walk through the Cap de Creus Natural Park. It is the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula and we find it located north of the Gulf of Roses.

An area riddled with cliffs, but also with coves and beaches where you can relax and soak up that Costa Brava atmosphere that you fall in love with so much. If you want to write down a few coves in the area, don't forget places like Cala Portaló, Cala Guillola or Cala Sa Sabolla.
