Chestnut Fair in Maçanet de Cabrenys
A day full of stops, activities, workshops and gastronomy with a single protagonist: the chestnut!
The Maçanet de Cabrenys Chestnut Fair has been held, since 2002, on the weekend closest to November 1, All Saints' Day, where panellets and chestnuts are a tradition.
Also with the fair it makes known a product that is little known or little used in everyday life and that has many outlets: we can find raw and cooked chestnuts, sweet potatoes and some more elaborate products such as mountain honey.
Popular walk, local market with stalls from the Association of Small Artisan Producers and entities in the town and surrounding areas, musical versions, that and much more is what awaits you at the Maçanet de Cabrenys Chestnut Fair.
The Maçanet de Cabrenys Chestnut Fair will surprise you with the uniqueness of its products and the explosion of colors in the autumn landscapes.
