Hotel Arcs de Monells Cruïlles, Monells i Sant Sadurní…

The Hotel Arcs de Monells, is located at the foot of the Gavarres, a privileged landscape and climate, a unique environment called the Empordanet and with a tranquility and freedom to walk through every corner of the town of Monells and its emblematic square.

The hotel has 21 rooms, 8 are located in front of the large garden and the infinity pool and the remaining 13 are inside the farmhouse, an old hospital founded in 1364.

Staying at the Hotel Arcs feels magic feeling the birds and the smell of the grass, time stops to enjoy unique sensations in an incomparable setting.

The pool is salt water and overflowing, with 4 levels of depth, to be able to read, relax or even have a drink.

Our MONKI Restaurant, with local products, consists of a Mediterranean Japanese fusion cuisine.

The hotel has photovoltaic solar panels for self-consumption of electricity and thermal panels for water heating.

They are currently undergoing a phase of sustainable improvements for the environment, both with ecological and recyclable amenities, such as removing the bathtubs and putting showers on a flat foot.

The hotel is for adults only, children over 14 years old.

Bedrooms

The hotel has 21 rooms. Of these, 8 are in an annex building with direct access to the garden and pool.

For the rest, located inside the main building of the old farmhouse, there are 3 that are Junior Suites. Each one is dedicated to relevant personalities from the world of arts, culture and history, such as María de Jérica, Ramon Berenguer I or Salvador Dalí.

Upper Outside

They are located in the annex building. Its particularity is that through sliding doors they have direct access to the garden and the pool, which provides them with plenty of light. They also have a small terrace where you can leave your bike, making them perfect for those who like to do cycling activities in the Empordà. All have a 2×2 bed.

All rooms are oriented to the South, with large windows overlooking the garden and pool. Without unevenness, designed for people with mobility difficulties.

junior suite

The Hotel Arcs de Monells exudes tranquility and calm, which is why it only has 3 Junior Suite rooms. They are located inside the farmhouse and are prepared to accommodate families with children 14 years of age or older. All of them have an oval bathtub with capacity for 2 people.

The Junior Suite rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the farmhouse. To access it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs. In one of them you can enjoy an excellent terrace open to the garden and pool. The other two have about 50 m2 of surface.

The reservation of this type of room must be made exclusively by phone.

Inside the farmhouse

They are rooms that keep many memories of the old farmhouse and that are organized on two floors. Some are oriented to the north, and therefore, to the river and the town, and others to the garden. Perfect for the most romantic and for those who like to experience history up close.

All the rooms are different because they take advantage of the original structure of the farmhouse; centuries-old stones observe us accompanied by all modern comforts.
