With the renovation and the opening of the new buffet, the Hotel Blaumar has completed the complete renovation of the establishment, which lasted four years and was carried out in four different phases. Clients will be able to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in our Xaloc restaurant.
This unprecedented gastronomic space has two showcooking spaces, one for the preparation of hot dishes and the other for the preparation of meals with wok pans. Likewise, it also has an 'island' for preparing cold dishes. The gastronomic criteria will follow the line of the hotel company itself, the Blaumar Group: Mediterranean and local, but adapting to new international culinary trends. One of the days of the week will be themed as a 'Mediterranean dinner', offering, to a large extent, fish and seafood options.

What does it consist of?
We will continue to enter the room daily to check the floor and bathroom (without water), remove trash and make up the beds. And, every 3 nights, we will carry out a general cleaning of the room using water. As simple as that. If you believe that it is not necessary to clean after cleaning and you want to reduce the environmental impact of your vacation, this service will fit your needs , also avoiding often unnecessary water consumption (up to 2,300 liters throughout the hotel). And if you need or prefer the standard cleaning service (cleaning with water every day), don't worry, request it at reception and it will be fixed for the rest of your stay at no cost.
