Polinyà
Polinyà's rural past is still alive and people are known melons, potatoes and beans ganxet, but now grown in small quantities, as the industrialization of the 60s and 70s of the twentieth century drew much of farmland.
Rural era are still fifteen farmhouses or manor houses, built between the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries, some of which keeps farming as their main source of income.
