Come to Maria Martori Park in Mont-roig del Camp from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and you'll be able to taste olive oil from local producers, participate in a raffle, and participate in many other activities!

Visitors will be able to enjoy an exhibition and sale of new olive oil, with the participation of the region's leading producers, who will offer tastings and explanations about the production process. The Festival highlights the quality of Monte-Rojizo olive oil and the work of the local cooperatives and mills that keep this tradition alive.

One of the most anticipated moments will be the aioli competition, where participants will demonstrate their skill with the mortar and pestle to achieve the best texture and flavor. Winners will receive a batch of new oil as a prize, and several gifts will also be raffled off among attendees.
