International Basket Fair in Salt
The International Fair of the Basket of Salt is one of the reference events for basket artisans from all over Europe, a space for meeting, exchanging knowledge and enjoying the trade.
This Fair has become a space for recovery, knowledge, training and dissemination of basketry art. Every first weekend of October, artisans from all over the world gather in Salt.
The celebration of the International Salt Basket Fair is an event that goes beyond craft and cultural values. Behind the Fira lies a community dimension that has undoubtedly become one of the elements that best explains its roots in the municipality and its celebration year after year.
