Xató Festival in Vilanova i la Geltrú
Next Sunday, November 24, the Xató Festival and the Festival of the Markets will be held at the Vilanova i la Geltrú Sea Market , a unique opportunity to know and acquire the necessary products to prepare an authentic Xató de Vilanova i la Geltrú and for enjoying a party with a varied tasting of tapas made with products that are usually offered by merchants in the market.
The aim of the Festival is one more step towards consolidating this event as a showcase of the vilanovina gastronomy: its dishes and its products within an incomparable framework such as the Mercado de Mar.
