Catalan Sailing Skate Championship in Canet de Mar
Patin de sailing, or Catalan patin, is a one -design class of single-crew dinghy sailing vessel. It is characterized by being a Marconi-type single-sail catamaran without a boom and the peculiarity of not having a rudder or daggerboard.
The government of the boat is carried out with the movement and distribution of the skipper's weight throughout the length and width of the boat's deck and with the sheet, which commands the sail. Specially designed to run aground on the beach as it does not have a daggerboard or rudder.
