About Teresa Carles:
Influenced by the training received in traditional Catalan cuisine and family, Teresa is thrown into the kitchen with a clear goal: to use the best products of her family land in Algerri (Lleida) to create tasty recipes like those of her grandmother and her mother but even more healthy and natural. The desire to know more lead her to travel through Europe and the United States analyzing the different variants of vegetarian cuisine.
Expert in the kitchen of vegetable and natural products with more than 37 years of experience and author of outstanding books such as "La Cuina del Cel, Recipes of Vegetarian Cuisine" (Pagès Editors, Lleida, 2002).
Along with Ramón Barri, Teresa has extensive experience in advising and consulting on the constitution of other healthy restaurants in Spain (Paraíso en Lleida, Maioca Tapioca in Mataró, Manidoca Tapioca in Tarragona, Baobab in Zaragoza, Amaranta in Girona, Teresa Carles Barcelona, Teresa Carles Lleida, Flax & Kale Barcelona and Teresa s Stairway to Health in Barcelona).
