Guided tour of the Baluard vineyards with a tasting of Montseny wines and products!
With this visit you will learn about the project to recover the vineyard in Montseny, and the process of making the Baluard. At 750m above sea level, in the heart of the Montseny Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve, we find the vineyards of Can Rovira de Fogars, from where the Baluard comes out.
After touring the space, there will be a wine tasting (the Baluard and other references) and cheeses, sausages and bread with tomato.
This visit is carried out within the "Cycle of Guided Walks" organized by the Sant Celoni Town Hall.
