Prat fair of the Prat breed in El Prat de Llobregat

This year, gastronomy is consolidated within the singular space of the Granja de la Ricarda. The format of dishes (dishes) to share Pata Azul and Artichoke Prat, prepared by the restaurants of the El Prat Degusta'l network, is incorporated as a gastronomic novelty . There is also a family gastronomic offer with the Fair menu, country breakfasts and the "take away" formula.
The 6th edition of the Prat Fair of El Prat, the gastronomy show that has the Pata Azul and the Artichoke Prat as protagonists, returns to occupy the Farm of the Ricarda. Pata Azul breeders and farmers will be closer than ever to the public in this space, an old reconstructed dairy farm that opens the doors to visitors. This edition has the collaboration of several establishments in the city that value local agri-food products in their good work in the kitchen. These establishments set up the El Prat Degusta'l restoration network, which is committed to offering local produce all year.
During the weekend of the Fair, in addition to the gastronomic offer, different revitalization activities are organized for families such as music, cooking workshops and the Restorer's Cooking Classroom. In this way the values of the fresh product of the Baix Llobregat Agrarian Park are known, which stand out for being highly nutritious and guarantee of quality food.
