Fair of Extra Virgin Quality Oil and Les Garrigues in Les Borges Blanques

If you visit the Oil Fair, you will see that smelling and/or tasting the oils is a fluid and organic task, that comes out by itself, without effort. This year, the Espai Oli Bar will be available where you can find most of the Fira's oils.

To improve your experience in this space, more visual, more comprehensive technical sheets have also been designed for each oil, with all the necessary information so that you can understand who produces the oil, how they produce it and the characteristic attributes.

As a novelty, the Extra Virgin Quality Oil Fair and Les Garrigues will publish a book with all the oils from the Fair that you can see and try at the different stands of the event.

Through this book, visitors to the fair will be able to consult the technical characteristics of each oil, tasting notes, aromas, pairing, etc... A real reference when it comes to learning more about the Fira's oils.
