Mas de Colom-Casa Borges invites you to spend time among olive trees to learn about the tree that provides us with this prized ingredient. Learn all the secrets of traditional olive harvesting. Become an expert with a guided tasting of Borges extra virgin olive oils and a tasting with aromatic olive oils to learn and enjoy the most essential quality attributes.

Afterward, you'll be able to taste the exclusive new 2025 production of Mas de Colom extra virgin olive oil, the result of the green harvest at its peak to ensure maximum freshness and aroma! An exclusive blend from the estate made from selected Arbequina and Verdiell varieties.

  • Opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 10 a.m., 12 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 10 a.m., 12 p.m., and 4 p.m.
